Biography
William Mehan is a neuroradiologist at the Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) and an Assistant Professor of Radiology at Harvard Medical School. He earned a BSc degree in Biology at Tufts University and an MD-MBA at McGill University in Montreal, Canada before completing his residency at Brown University and diagnostic neuroradiology fellowship at MGH in 2013. Dr. Mehan is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada (FRCPC). Dr. Mehan is an attending neuroradiologist at Massachusetts General Hospital where he serves as the director of the LP/myelo service. His team evaluates and diagnoses a large number of spinal CSF leak patients. Dr. Mehan has extensive clinical and research experience in neuroimaging, with specific interests in spinal imaging, quality improvement, utilization and cost control.
